Our Story
Joy’s fascination with Japanese culture started young and flourished as she explored its language, cuisine, and traditions. Joy was particularly drawn to the concept of “omotenashi,” a core principle of Japanese hospitality that emphasizes creating a welcoming environment and anticipating customer needs.
The warmth and welcoming spirit of Japanese culture and hospitality inspired her to create TOMO Coffee, a space that embodies the spirit of omotenashi and offers a unique coffee experience.
Through TOMO, Joy hopes to share her love of coffee and Japanese culture with the world, one cup at a time.
